1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
- Identity and contact information you provide when you create an account, place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or contact customer support — including your name, email address, mailing address, billing address, and phone number.
- Order, transaction, and payment information — including the products you purchase, prices, payment method type (we do not store full card numbers; our payment processor handles those), shipping preferences, and order history.
- Account credentials, if you create an account on our site (username, password hashed).
- Communications you send us — emails, customer service messages, survey responses, product reviews, and any content you submit through forms on our site.
- Affiliate program information, if you are part of our Pillars-based affiliate program — including referral codes, downline, and rank.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and language preferences.
- Usage data: pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, referring website, and the links you click.

- Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from government authorities.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
Service providers
We share information with third-party vendors who help us run our business: payment processors, shipping carriers, email marketing platforms, website hosting providers, customer support tools, fraud-prevention services, and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually limited to using your information only to provide services to us.
Affiliate program
If you are part of our Pillars-based affiliate program, certain order and account information may be shared with Pillars and with your affiliate sponsor (e.g., to credit a sale to their team).
Legal and safety
We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect the rights or safety of Arego or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of our business.
With your consent
We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
4. Your Choices and Rights
- Access, correct, or delete your information — contact us at [email protected] to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. We will respond within 30 days where required by law.
- Unsubscribe from marketing — use the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, or email us. Transactional emails (e.g., shipping confirmations) are not included in the unsubscribe option.
- Cookie controls — adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies; see Section 5.
- California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our site, remember your preferences, analyze how visitors use our site, and deliver relevant marketing. Categories include:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function (e.g., shopping cart, sign-in).
- Preference cookies — remember settings such as language and region.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors interact with the site (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Marketing cookies — track visits across websites to display relevant advertising (e.g., Meta Pixel).
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not function correctly without them.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order and transaction records are typically retained for at least seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe.
7. Data Security
We protect your information using industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including TLS / HTTPS encryption for data in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls on our internal systems. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8. Children
Our website and products are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it. Our website is operated from the United States. If you access our website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our website, you consent to that transfer.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (including our Pillars affiliate platform, social media, and partner brands). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their privacy policies separately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and, if the changes are material, provide a more prominent notice (such as a banner on the site or an email to registered customers). Your continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
